How It Works
You Purchase your puppy just like any other family. After she has completed one planned litter at the age of 2yrs and all puppies have been placed in their forever homes, 100% of your original puppy purchase price will be refunded or you can put it towards a second companion puppy from her litter for your home!

At that point.
- She will be professionally spayed.
-Ownership is fully transferred to you.
-She becomes your companion for life with no further obligations.

Your Responsibility
Health Testing
Breeding Timeline
My Females are never bred before two years of age.
​
When she reaches the appropriate age and has passed all health clearances, she will be paired with a stud selected by comfort royalty.
Before breeding, all required breeding health testing is completed, including:
​
-OFA examinations
-DNA Testing (prior)
-Any additional evaluations recommended for our breeding program
​
I cover the cost of all required breeding health testing.
​
You're welcome to bring her to appointments yourself, or I am happy to handle them for you.
Your foster puppy lives with you as your cherished family member from the day you bring her home.
During this time, you'll agree to:
-Keep her as an indoor family companion.
-Keep her at a healthy weight and provide quality nutrition
-Maintain routine veterinary care
-Keep her intact until her planned breeding
-Notify us when she begins each heat cycle
-Not breed her to any other dog
-Not transfer ownership without our written approval
During Breeding
When she comes into her season:

-She will stay with us for approximately one week for breeding
-Once breeding is complete, she returns home to you for the remainder of her pregnancy.
Whelping & Puppies
About one week before her due date, she'll return to Comfort Royalty where she will:
-Deliver her puppies.
-Raise them in our home.
-Remain with puppies until they are ready to go to their new families.

Throughout her stay, you'll receive regular photo and video updates, and visits can be arranged.
After Her Litter
Once her puppies have gone home:
​
-She will be spayed.
-She will return to your family permanently.
-Your full puppy purchase price will be refunded, or you can put towards one of her puppies to bring home. (If puppy fee is more than your refund, you pay difference if choosing a puppy instead)

She will never be bred again.
